How to Apply

Our application process is straight-forward; send the documents to the Relationship Manager (RM) and in 1 to 2 business days your RM will contact you to discuss the credit decision, terms and next steps for contract execution and funding.


Application Requirements

In order to apply you need to provide the following information:

Credit Application Completed

Equipment Invoice

Last 6 Bank Statements

Last 2 Tax Returns

Personal Financial Statements

Valid Picture ID

Insurance Policy


Prior to contract execution, you must deliver an insurance certificate where:

(1) Commercial Equipment Finance, Inc. and/or its assigns and successors:
Physical/Postal: 2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard Suite 300, Coral Gables, 33134
is named Additional Insured & Loss Payee

(2) The certificate must include the description, serial numbers, and insured value of the equipment to be financed.
